Regulatory and
Management Advice

ennregs has extensive experience developing policy documents to support stakeholder and First Nations engagement sessions across Canada on aquaculture regulations, use of pesticide and drug products to treat farmed fish parasites and pathogens, and pulp and paper aquatic impact studies.

ennregs has experienced in developing an aquaculture risk management framework, a certification program, water distribution and wastewater treatment system framework – all to support implementation of government programming and management responsibilities.

ennregs works with First Nations Indigenous communities to support and guide initiatives and projects related to aquaculture development.

ennregs is experienced in developing benthic monitoring standards, pesticide and drug environmental standards, antimicrobial resistance (AMR) assessment and associated sampling protocols associated with the Canadian marine finfish aquaculture industry.

Evaluation

ennregs can design and interpret data from lab toxicity bioassays, environmental monitoring, and toxicological lab experiments related to potential fish and fish habitat effects from metal mining, pulp and paper, petroleum, and aquaculture depositions.

ennregs can development watershed protection plans, support implementation and provide follow-up recommendations.

ennregs supports regulatory compliance requirements for municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial and municipal landfill sites, mines, pulp and paper mills, aquaculture facilities and forestry related operations.
